Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
